The menu rotates seasonally and the scarcity is real: one sitting a night, three nights a week, batch-released bookings. Regulars watch for the drop.
What it is
A six course Latin American tasting menu served inside a 1967 Victoria line carriage at the Walthamstow Pumphouse Museum. 35 guests, everyone eats at once, tables of two or a shared table of twelve.
When
Weekly: one 7pm sitting each Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Bookings release in batches on Tock.
Where
Walthamstow (Pumphouse Museum)
Who it's for
Food people who want the story and the cooking to both hold up. The room really is the carriage, and the menu is not leaning on it.
First time
Reservations release in batches on Tock and go fast. It is not BYO: there is an onboard drinks list, card only. Solo diners get their own cheaper ticket at the communal table.
