Arise Breathwork
The moon cycle gives it a built-in monthly rhythm, and with nine mats the facilitator knows returners by name.
What it is
Brenna Duncan's candlelit breathwork and sound evenings at Seven Sisters Sanctuary, capped at nine people: cacao and intention setting, a 40 minute guided breath journey, then a crystal bowl sound bath.
When
Monthly in person, on the new and full moons, plus a monthly online circle.
Where
Seven Sisters
Who it’s for
Anyone breathwork-curious who would rather be one of nine than one of ninety. First-timers are expected and looked after.
First time
Sliding scale from £45, mats and blankets provided, no alcohol or caffeine beforehand, and the sharing circle at the end is optional. The monthly online circle from £7 is a cheap way to test the water.
